A proven leader in service environments, Michael Curtis Broughton’s career reflects a combination of strategic logistics results and combat experience forged under fire on the front line. His consequence-driven decision-making reflects nearly two decades in the U.S. Army, having started his military career in 2005 during the Global War on Terrorism. Deployed within active combat zones, Michael Curtis Broughton held responsibilities such as M1114 turret gunner and combat lifesaver, and participated in protective security detail and metal detector missions.

Earning the Combat Infantryman’s Badge, which reflected personal engagement with the enemy in ground combat, Mr. Broughton transitioned to supply chain positions in 2007. In this new role, he excelled in multimodal logistics and transportation planning that ensured proper air mobility support. Stationed in Alaska at Fort Wainwright, he worked to ensure UH 60 Black Hawk helicopter readiness. He subsequently held technical leadership responsibilities with ARCENT Headquarters in Kuwait and supported critical Joint Precision Airdrop System missions.

Mr. Broughton joined the public sector in 2020, assuming a position with The Home Depot overseeing large-scale retail logistics at a major distribution center. His firm understanding of industrial engineering principles informed efficiency gains across bulk inventory and material handling systems. He subsequently served as a senior logistics manager with Samsung.
